Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC in NNSS seeks a Senior Work Planner to lead planning for activity‑level work across operations, maintenance, construction and experiments, ensuring safety and efficient execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive experience, familiarity with government CMMS software, and ability to assemble complete work packages with permits, checklists, and acceptance criteria while mentoring other planners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in field related to the position or equivalent training and experience plus a minimum of 5 years of progressive related experience.
• Previous experience with government CMMS software is preferred.
• Able to plan/organize work to complete in the most efficient manner and meet required deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Usher work packages and job plans through all stages of the planning process for the implementation and control of activity level work.
• Identify and solicit participation from planning team members including job supervisors, safety specialists, engineers, and other SMEs.
• Perform hazard analysis commensurate with work activities and incorporate hazard mitigations into the work package.
• Ensure that work packages include permits, checklists, acceptance criteria, approvals, hold points, and other items for safe execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of work packages to meet schedule and facility constraints.
