The role involves coordinating daily to monthly schedules, ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance, and analyzing repair requirements to optimize tools and parts usage.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (BS/BA preferred), 5+ years in plant maintenance, SAP experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Scheduling, planning, or similar inventory and PM program experience required.
• Experience operating SAP systems preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is required with Electrical and PLC knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to be proactive and self-directed.
• Industrial food processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling.
• Achieve the set planned preventative maintenance schedule.
• Analyze maintenance repair specifications to determine tools, parts, and human resources.
• Order parts according to lead times and monitor inventory levels.
• Update SAP with preventative maintenance data.
• Communicate between maintenance and production.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and motivate/train the team.
• Monitor PM program effectiveness to minimize plant downtime and improve reliability.
• Maintain good labor relations and ensure GMP and safety policies.
