Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Planner II, CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina. The role focuses on improving efficiency of the maintenance workforce by delivering large-scale projects with detailed job plans, specifications, and safety procedures.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates outside the area. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, master data maintenance, cost forecasting, and collaboration with procurement to ensure timely execution and adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of maintenance planning experience.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and SAP/MMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to maximize equipment availability.
• Maintain MMS data: part numbers, BOMs, work order history.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance plans are executed.
• Add detailed scope, prep work, downtime and labor estimates to work orders.
• Estimate and forecast costs for parts and supplies per job plan.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehousing for nonstock parts and materials.
