Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner II CEM at our Theodore cement plant in Alabama. You will lead complex maintenance projects, create detailed job plans, and coordinate with teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.

You’ll work with procurement and maintenance staff to forecast costs, maintain master data, and improve maintenance strategies for predictive and preventive programs. An engineering background helps you drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of required experience or HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance work.
• Familiarity with maintenance databases and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex maintenance projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create detailed job plans with specs, parts lists and safety procedures.
• Review work orders and sites to ensure feasibility and readiness before scheduling.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for maintenance spending.
