Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills across industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and manuals.
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and uptime.
• Respond to breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete repairs safely.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff on equipment care and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment histories.
• Support TPM programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
