Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Indiana seeks a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance to support day-to-day operations and maintain the physical assets of the facility. You will manage power equipment and vehicles, set up, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and ensure reliable production and quality.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, and CMMS

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution, with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• CMMS knowledge, export data, analyze, and create graphics to solve asset problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues following regulations.
• Maintain machinery and equipment under direction of Maintenance Manager.
• Lead RCA teams and drive continuous improvement for OEE.
• Train and lead Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
• Provide project management for systems and contractors.
