Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to lead the maintenance team in a high-speed packaging environment.

You will mentor technicians, troubleshoot plant equipment, and support installations while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards. The role requires experience in automated manufacturing, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 7 years in automated manufacturing or distribution environments.
• 7 years in general industrial maintenance (mechanical and electrical).
• 7 years proficient in standard maintenance skills and practices.
• 5 years experience repairing and maintaining high speed packaging equipment.

Mansioni

• Guide the maintenance team and support all aspects of the maintenance department.
• Coach and mentor maintenance mechanics and technicians to ensure their development and understanding of current and new technology.
• Assist with installation of new equipment including training material, spare parts lists, PMs and documentation.
