Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment on a fast-paced 12-hour night shift. You will support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives on highly automated lines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including 480V three‑phase systems, motor starters, and PLCs, with strong ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years troubleshooting 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor starters, controls and circuit boards.
• Ability to read and interpret repair instructions, blueprints, schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience using computerized maintenance systems, emails and illustrated parts lists.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Packaging, food and beverage or high-speed manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on highly automated equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Wire control circuits and electrical systems.
• Complete equipment setups, adjustments and changeovers.
• Provide training to line operators on basic maintenance and TPM.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work areas.
• Review maintenance documentation and record activities in CMMS.
