Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Tolleson, AZ to lead the plant maintenance department, ensuring reliable equipment, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, control budgets, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 7+ years in maintenance leadership, strong PLC/electrical knowledge, and proven cost-conscious problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing or Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ maintenance experience as a supervisor/manager in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, PLCs and boilers.
• Ability to identify root cause and interpret technical information and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong computer application skills and teamwork/leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing and facility systems are properly resourced and efficiently utilized.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance to maximize efficiencies and minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs; manage inventory of standard parts.
• Lead safety, quality and production collaboration to plan maintenance activities.
• Communicate results and action plans to staff and management; support employee relations and performance management.
• Promote a safe work environment and compliance with SQF, OSHA, FDA, and EPA standards.
