Job summary

Winland Foods seeks a Maintenance Manager in Tolleson, AZ to lead the plant maintenance department and drive reliability across mechanical and electrical systems. You will manage budgets, develop the PM and predictive maintenance programs, and mentor technicians while coordinating with safety, quality, and production teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least seven years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ maintenance experience as a supervisor/manager in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs and boilers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing and facility systems are properly resourced and efficiently utilized.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance to maximize efficiencies and minimize downtime.
• Apply mechanical and electrical solutions to improve plant efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for standard replacement parts.
• Analyze downtime to identify recurring issues and resolutions.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate certifications with authorities.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality and Production leads to align maintenance activities.
• Communicate results and action plans to employees and managers.
• Support hourly employees, fostering engagement and improvement.
