You will work to eliminate causes of failure and maximize equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance by operating personnel, and you will oversee maintenance budgeting and talent upskilling.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to meet plant objectives in safety, quality, cost and customer service.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairs to maximize efficiencies.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage department budget and control costs within guidelines.
• Ensure GMP and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to align staffing and budgets.
