Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance efforts in a food manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in maintenance management and a strong background in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Key responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance programs and minimizing downtime through continuous improvement practices. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Maintenance Management in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with aseptic food production or food processing.
• Proficient with Maximo, AutoCAD, SAP, Sag X3, and AMM.
• Experience with utilities, PLCs, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and lead the Maintenance Department's efforts.
• Accountable for the preventive maintenance program.
• Identify and create plans and budgets for maintenance.
• Minimize unscheduled downtime through continuous improvements.
