Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and operation of plastic injection molding machinery and related support systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

You'll inspect, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, support kaizen and continuous improvement projects, and help manage spare parts and contractor coordination for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• Experience repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with a multimeter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Support process improvements to reduce downtime and scrap.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with contractors on upgrades.
• Respond quickly to equipment issues to keep production moving.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure safety and efficiency.
