Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to enhance equipment efficiency across plastic injection molding machines, automation, and plant facilities.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, perform reactive repairs, and lead a team of maintenance professionals with safety and cross-functional collaboration as priorities. You will manage budgeting, spare parts, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with Engineering and other departments to drive root-cause

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in maintenance management preferred
• SMRP/Reliability Engineering certification preferred
• Injection molding experience preferred. Specific experience with Krauss Maffei machines a plus.
• Experience managing a technical team.
• Experience with robotics and automation, Allen Bradley PLC controls is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with planning and scheduling a large team within a CMMS
• Experience with Lean methodologies, including 5S, kaizen, Kanban, visual controls, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Strong industrial electricity and hydraulic system knowledge.
• Emphasis on & knowledge of safe work practices required (OSHA, NEC.)
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the repair, upkeep, and refurbishment of all manufacturing equipment and plant facilities.
• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team and ensure safe, timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs and align with KPI goals.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and other departments to implement improvements.
