Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Manager to lead a 40–45 person maintenance team at our West Union, SC facility.

Focused on safe, reliable, and innovative operations, you will drive continuous improvement and align maintenance strategies with business priorities. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of maintenance management in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with reliability programs, energy optimization, and TPM/Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with equipment reliability programs, energy optimization, and spare parts standardization.
• Demonstrated leadership with accountability and results.
• Experience using maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 40–45 maintenance professionals in a manufacturing environment.
• Champion a safety-first mindset with regulatory compliance.
• Align maintenance with risk and business priorities for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Plan and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
