Job summary

Itron, a leader in energy and water management, seeks a Sr. Maintenance Manager for our West Union manufacturing facility.

You will lead 40–45 maintenance professionals, driving safe, reliable, and innovative operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. You will champion a customer-centric, safety-first mindset, manage maintenance KPIs, and guide Lean, TPM, and Kaizen initiatives to optimize costs and asset availability and to

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance management in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Experience with reliability programs, energy optimization, and spare parts standardization.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others.
Experience with maintenance strategies and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead 40–45 maintenance professionals in a manufacturing environment.
Champion a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance.
Align maintenance with risk and business priorities to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
Plan and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.
Drive TPM, Lean, Kaizen, and root-cause problem solving to reduce losses and improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Develop and track maintenance KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
