Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Experience with equipment reliability programs and energy optimization
- Proven leadership with coaching and development planning
- Experience with maintenance strategies and PM systems
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 40–45 maintenance professionals in a manufacturing setting
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance for people, equipment, and facilities
- Align maintenance with risk and priorities to support quality and delivery
- Plan and improve preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance
- Lead TPM/Kaizen and root cause problem-solving to reduce losses
