Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Manager for its West Union, SC manufacturing site. You will lead a team of 40–45 maintenance professionals, drive reliable operations, and champion a safety-first, customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include planning preventive and predictive maintenance, evolving maintenance strategies, and delivering data-driven improvements to safety, quality, and productivity while managing costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership across large maintenance teams.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 40–45 person maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Champion safety-first practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Align maintenance strategies with risk, quality, and cost objectives.
• Plan and improve preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment issues.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and problem-solving to reduce losses.
