Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Experience with ISO/KORE standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team to meet safety and production goals.
• Implement and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Manage annual budget and justify capital expenditures for assets.
