Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager in a similar business.
• Background in a Pro-Active Maintenance system environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Maintenance Department for a large facility.
• Implement continuous improvement in team performance.
• Develop and manage a budget aligning with production volume.
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility assets.
