Job summary

Polynt Composites USA in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team and manage the preventive and predictive maintenance program for a chemical manufacturing facility. This role reports to the Site Manager and has five direct reports.

You will drive reliability through RCM practices, monitor KPIs, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and coordinate with production and engineering to minimize downtime while controlling maintenance costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 10 years of progressive maintenance experience in chemical manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role, leading maintenance teams.
• CMMS proficiency and reliability-centered maintenance knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance; implement data-driven PM programs.
• Lead safety initiatives, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Direct electricians, mechanics, and planners; manage workload and training.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering for project timelines.
