Polynt Composites USA seeks an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance and engineering programs at the Morris facility. You will report to the Plant Manager and drive reliability, CAPEX, and PSM compliance across the site.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering and maintenance at a plant, strong EHS/PSM background, and hands-on capital project management. SAP and CMMS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• B.S. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in engineering and maintenance at the plant level.
• Capital projects management experience.
• Strong background in EHS and PSM.
• Demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement in a team environment.
• Experience with SAP and CMMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Organize maintenance to be efficient for EH&S work orders, PMs, and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Plant/Production managers to measure downtime and drive improvements.
• Forecast and manage the maintenance budget; maintain P&ID documentation.
• Execute capital projects on schedule and within budget; manage capital budgeting and CAR submissions.
• Forecast cash flow for projects and close projects after final invoicing.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance per PSM and ISO 9001 standards.
• Set maintenance objectives for continuous improvement and utilize maintenance software.
• Coordinate onsite contractors and manage the PSM contractor program.
• Provide technical/engineering support to Maintenance and Unit Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
