Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience with 5 years in maintenance management.
• Chemical manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure efficient operation of all equipment.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, electricians, and parts personnel.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs and improve equipment reliability using RCA/FMEA.
