Job summary

Chemtrade is seeking a Maintenance Manager I for our East St. Louis, IL facility. You will lead the maintenance group, drive preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, and manage the annual budget to ensure reliability and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, monitoring KPIs, managing capital projects, and ensuring safety and environmental programs are followed across the plant.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
• Project Management training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Group and set priorities for maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Record and analyze KPI data to drive reliability improvements.
