Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship for site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop maintenance plans and reliability initiatives to maximize uptime.
• Drive maintenance best practices, safety, and performance measurement across the network.
• Oversee budget development, capital planning, and vendor relationships.
• Be willing to relocate to meet Amazon's needs.
