Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, craft maintenance programs, and drive efficiency while maintaining a strong safety culture across an 80+ person team.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, manage budgets and capital plans, and collaborate with operations to improve uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years managing large, complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years in senior management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with safety programs, budgets, and CI/RC A processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Drive safety, compliance, and safe work practices across operations.
• Lead vendor relations, contractors, and ROI-driven decisions on equipment end-of-life.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
