Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations experience.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage site budgets and capital spending plans, drive continuous improvement and maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all operational areas with leadership support for safe work practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate external contractors, provide technical leadership on equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives across multiple sites.
• Directs the on-site technical workforce including MM, AMMs, CSEs and multi-tiered maintenance technicians.
• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure MHE and sorting machines run to meet delivery promises.
• Manage facility engineering budget, track expenses for parts, vendor contracts, upgrades, and labor.
• Orchestrate preventive and predictive maintenance cadences using CMMS data to prevent failures.
