You will direct maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure safe, compliant operation of machinery, while driving continuous improvement and cost control. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in maintenance leadership.
• KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a beverage environment.
• SAP preventive maintenance module knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance functions for production and building equipment.
• Implement and schedule a preventive maintenance system.
• Manage budgets and inventory of spare parts.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff and conduct appraisals.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with other managers to resolve issues and optimize operations.
