Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems and beverage equipment.
• Ability to manage in-house and capital projects and budgeting impacts.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and scheduling for the dept.
• Supervise technicians, assign tasks and manage emergency work.
• Coordinate training, safety programs and quality initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability projects.
