Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader for our Cudahy, WI facility. The role directs hourly maintenance staff and contractors, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures compliance with Environmental, Safety and Quality programs.

You will plan activities to support production schedules and mentor a diverse team. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance crafts, planning EAM work orders with production, managing small projects, and upholding ATI's safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Journeyman's Card in a Maintenance field (preferred).
• Experience supervising in a Union environment; reading/interpreting drawings.

Responsibilities

• Safely plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities to support production schedules.
• Provide broad practical and technical maintenance knowledge; troubleshoot equipment and improve uptime.
• Lead hourly maintenance staff and contractors; plan EAM work orders with production supervisors.
• Manage small projects and mentor staff; ensure compliance with safety and quality programs.
• Promote positive employer-employee relations and adhere to labor contracts and EEO/AAP provisions.
