Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or 4 years maintenance experience.
• Experience leading hourly union workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly maintenance staff to ensure reliability and productivity.
• Plan maintenance work around production schedules and priorities.
• Identify critical spare parts and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Promote safety initiatives and adherence to company policies.
