Qualifications

• 7+ years of multifamily residential apartment maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience leading maintenance operations for a large-scale apartment community of 700+ units or regional/multi-site oversight.
• Experience must be within multifamily residential apartment communities; non-multifamily experience does not meet requirements.
• Proven experience managing high-volume work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, resident service, staffing, vendors, and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site maintenance staff and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure property compliance with laws, housing codes, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate unit turns, preventive maintenance, and vendor support for a 700+ unit community.
• Provide after-hours and emergency on-call coverage.
• Develop and mentor maintenance team to improve safety and performance.
