Qualifications

• 7+ years of multifamily residential apartment maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience leading maintenance operations for a large-scale 700+ unit community or multi-site with comparable units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service demands for a 700+ unit multifamily community.
• Direct and develop a team of maintenance staff; hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees.
• Plan and schedule work orders to meet production schedules; supervise on-call coverage.
