Qualifications

• Background in plumbing, electrical and drywall.
• Experience with appliance repair and apartment turns.
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors; strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Wlexible to emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supply ordering and apartment turns.
• Maintain overall property maintenance and safety standards.
