Avanath is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure top-tier maintenance across our communities in Oregon. You will lead maintenance efforts, manage staff and vendors, and uphold high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to deliver timely service, quality move-ins, and outstanding customer service to residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of the property to ensure quality move-ins, timely service, superb curb appeal, and attentive resident care.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager and supervise assigned staff and vendors.
• Foster a professional and positive environment, ensuring residents and staff feel seen, heard, and valued.
