Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, hospitality, or construction management with experience in maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated personnel management and leadership experience.
• Familiarity with construction industry terminology, codes, documentation, and building performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage building services and preventive maintenance programs to Avanath standards.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and ensure service requests are completed on time.
• Manage facilities budgets and track equipment and maintenance costs.
• Oversee turns, inspections, and occupancy readiness.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and vendors for maintenance work and safety compliance.
