Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Redmond, WA to lead complex maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade systems, ensuring safety and on-time service for residents.

You will mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II, manage preventive maintenance programs, inspect grounds daily, and uphold Vivmark's safety standards while coordinating with on-site teams to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
Valid driver’s license required.
HVAC certifications (CFC) or willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-call rotation.
Strong communication with team and residents.

Responsabilités

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, and painting related tasks.
Assist with creating and organizing work orders and general maintenance tasks.
Complete assigned work orders to company standards and on time.
Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready in a timely manner.
Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
Conduct apartment Preventative Maintenance (PM).
Inspect community grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain safety culture per Vivmark safety policies.
Perform Hot Works (brazing, soldering, welding) when applicable.
