Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Washington state is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our property services team. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues to keep apartment homes in peak condition.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call rotations.
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures (SDS, PPE).
• Strong customer service and communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and more.
• Complete service requests timely and to company standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready; perform turnkey work as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and assist in painting duties.
• Uphold safety policies and participate in hot works per standards.
