Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Bothell, WA to support day-to-day operations of our apartment communities. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems while delivering high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance duties.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Ability to read and understand policies, SDS, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and in line with company standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner; perform turnkey work as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on apartment homes.
• Assist in interior and exterior painting when required.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain an incident- and injury-free work culture.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) within company standards.
