Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for our Omaha, NE facility. This full-time role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and assisting installation and calibration of new systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years as a maintenance tech, or completion of LDI’s Level II program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years as maintenance tech/mechanic in manufacturing or completion of Level II from the LDI program.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics; PLC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Train and mentor junior technicians; ensure safety and cleanliness.
