Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. in Haltom City, TX, seeks a Maintenance Manager at our Fort Worth manufacturing facility to lead a maintenance team in day-to-day operations, coach staff, organize workflow, and analyze maintenance processes to meet safety and efficiency goals.

The role reports to the Plant Manager, focusing on safety programs, preventive maintenance, budgeting, inspections, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across departments and with internal and external

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
3+ years’ supervisory, team lead, and/or project leadership experience.
5+ years’ experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler systems, electrical systems, reading schematics, and diagnosing PLC errors.
Understanding of CMMS software or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations by leading a maintenance department and meeting safety, maintenance, and budget objectives.
Lead safety programs with regular safety huddles and coaching on safe practices.
Support site safety investigations and ensure policy compliance.
Coach, discipline, and review performance while maintaining accurate timekeeping records.
Drive continuous improvement and sustainability projects with cross‑functional collaboration.
