Job summary

Olympus Property in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This role supports repairs and preventative maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes, ensuring quality standards.

You will work with the lead technician on priorities, handle emergencies, and benefit from tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and other benefits as part of Olympus Property's commitment to growth and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license.
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, cleaning coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances and fixtures.
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs and installations.
• Electrical fixture and switch repairs.
• Lock changes, door replacements, and lock systems.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain maintenance shop.
• Track service requests in the software system.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and pool upkeep.
