Job summary

Greystar's Millpond community in American Fork, UT is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and function. You will manage work orders, supervise make-readies, and enforce Greystar standards while coordinating with vendors and the Community Manager.

The role requires EPA Type I/II or Universal HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills to interact

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related trade experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety rules.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and records keeping.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs per policy.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to maintain Greystar standards.
• Assist in budget development and cost-control initiatives.
