Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor/outdoor community areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for leasing.

You will inspect work, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high-quality property conditions. Role requires tools proficiency, safety knowledge, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required for HVAC work.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively; handle department policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Schedule vendors/contractors and procure supplies within budget.
