Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an experienced Facilities/Residential Building Maintenance Supervisor in Redmond, WA. The role leads maintenance teams, manages on-call coverage, and ensures HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs meet safety and quality standards.

You will oversee make-ready processes, coordinate capital projects, and maintain vendor relationships while upholding Bozzuto's safety and service standards. A trades education and 7+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities and/or residential building maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with hiring and team development.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NATE certification required.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Hire, develop, and provide on‑the‑job and classroom education to techs and associates.
• Care for residents by timely follow‑up on service tickets and repairs.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Manage make‑ready and turnover processes to enable leasing.
