Job summary

Carter's Inc. Braselton Distribution Center is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance of 1.1 million sq ft, manage two shifts, and drive efficiency across equipment and facilities.

Leading a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, you will coordinate with external vendors, optimize PM programs, and support capital projects for building enhancements. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• 3-5 years leadership experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead employees in a multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of DC equipment and facilities; coordinate external vendors.
• Manage CMMS inventory, asset management, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead a maintenance team across two shifts and ensure staffing levels meet demand.
• Drive cost efficiency and capital expenditure projects for building improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize flow and material handling equipment.
