Job summary

Americold is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations in a refrigerated warehouse. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities for machines, tools, and utilities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and collaborate on long-term facility improvements while leading a team of maintenance associates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of all eight RETA courses.
• HAZMAT certification required.
• Completion of Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities in refrigerated warehouse.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules for associates.
• Develop and modify preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and municipal/state codes.
• Assist with annual maintenance budgets and capital plans.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
