Job summary

Keswick in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dedicated Building/Stationary Engineer to ensure continuous operation of boiler room and HVAC systems in a healthcare-oriented aging services campus.

Responsibilities include operating boilers, generators, water treatment, preventive maintenance, and repairs, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Must have high school diploma and relevant stationary engineer licenses; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer License; 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boiler room and HVAC systems per applicable standards.
• Operate and monitor boiler room, emergency generator, and water treatment systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boiler and plant equipment; repairs as needed.
• Assist with inspections, life safety programs, and general maintenance tasks.
