Job summary

The Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN seeks an Expert Maintenance Electrician to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment across the site. You will ensure equipment performance and regulatory compliance while mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities include reading schematics and P&ID drawings, performing LOTO, coordinating with Maintenance and Operations to minimize downtime, and maintaining Good Documentation Practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman's card or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in awkward positions.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment and systems site-wide.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings; perform LOTO and related duties.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and cGMP documentation; participate in safety initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to team members; collaborate with Maintenance and Operations.
• Coordinate with Operations to minimize downtime and maintain data integrity in records.
