The Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN is seeking an Expert Maintenance Electrician to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment and utility systems across the site, ensuring uptime and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

You will read schematics and P&ID drawings, perform LOTO, and train teammates while collaborating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman’s card or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Lilly will not sponsor work visas.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., work in awkward positions, cramped quarters, and on ladders or scaffolding.
• Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment, controls, and utility systems across buildings site‑wide.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems from 12VDC to 480VAC.
• Perform operation and lockout/tagout of electrical distribution equipment rated up to 12,470V.
• Comply with HSE requirements and safety plans; participate in Safety Improvement activities.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings; maintain qualification for duties including LOTO and respirator use.
• Document work per Good Documentation Practices; collaborate to improve Job Plans and procedures.
• Respond to electrical issues and coordinate with Operations to minimize downtime.
• Use GMARS daily for work orders and data verification; also use Workday and Office tools.
